Conveniently located at the Prudential Center, the Sheraton Boston is only a short walking distance through the enclosed Copley Place Mall to the Annual Meeting facilities at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. (The mall's outside exit is adjacent to the Copley Plaza’s sidestreet entrance.)

The Sheraton's web page dedicated to attendees of the NEASC Annual Meeting and Conference is available to book, modify, or cancel reservations, prior to November 3, 2008, at the reduced price structure.

Reservations may be telephoned to the hotel’s reservation department, 617-236-2000. To receive reduced rate structure, attendees must identify their affiliation with the New England Association of Schools & Colleges. Requests made after above date will be offered at the regular hotel rates.

All rooms subject to 12.45% tax. All Rates are Net Rates.

Parking is indoor and includes in/out privileges.
Valet parking is $42.00 per 24-hour period.
Self-parking (Prudential Center) is $38.00 for 24 hours.
