Conference Attendee Guide
- Make sure you have logged into our conference app Sched. You should've received an email invitation from the app to join the event, NEASC2024. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder and let us know if you didn’t receive it.
- Plan how you will get to/from the conference venue, check out airport and train information, and review parking options.
- Wednesday and Thursday wrap up with an early cocktail reception and then the evenings are yours to explore Boston! We've put together a list of local dining recommendations for you.
- Boston is a city rich with history and culture. In town for extra time? From walking the historic Freedom Trail to shopping on Newbury Street, there are many ways to enjoy your time in Boston.
Remember to use Sched to access the full conference schedule:

- or download the app and search for the event code NEASC2024
The schedule and speaker details are always accessible; however, if you would like to access all of the app’s features, interact with attendees, access session resources, and use personalized functions, you will need to set up your Sched account and log in.
In Sched settings:
- Set your profile to "PUBLIC" so you can chat with other attendees.
- Toggle email announcements to "ON" so that you can receive important event updates.

Conference Venue
Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel
606 Congress Street, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, 02210
The hotel is located less than a 10-minute drive from Boston Logan Airport and a similar distance to several train stations in Boston. Taxis and ride shares (like Lyft and Uber) are readily available at the airport and train stations.
If you are staying at the Renaissance, hotel check-in is 4pm and checkout is 12pm.
Parking
There is limited valet parking available at the hotel, and three additional garages are located nearby including Park Lane Garage, Seaport Hotel Garage, and South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center.
From the hotel you can walk down Seaport Blvd for shopping and dining - or for a morning walk/run that will take you to historic and downtown Boston.
