GFA explains how they created a designated time and space for teachers and administrators to discuss strategies and learn from each other and shares the steps they took to educate teachers about the Science of Reading, create a monthly Reading Inquiry Group, provide resources for instruction, and partner with teachers weekly to plan lessons and establish classroom routines, and changed their use of assessment to inform instruction.
