Edie Traina, our incoming Director for the Commission on Independent School, will join the NEASC team in August 2024. Coming to us from the Taft School where she served as the Assistant Head of School for Faculty and Academics, Edie brings to NEASC a wealth of experience in independent schools and boarding programs. As NEASC continues to grow and develop new approaches for member support and educational innovation, her strategic approach, depth of experience in organizational design, and proven track record in change management will greatly enhance our efforts. Edie’s unwavering dedication and measurable impact on advancing equity and fostering inclusive practices within her current learning community align with NEASC values and commitment to ensuring that all learners thrive.
