Carrie helps guide member schools through the NEASC Accreditation process and partners with them to create cultures of innovation, belonging, and improvement.

Having most recently served as the Head of School for All Saints Catholic Academy in Morrisville, Vermont, Carrie brings 25 years of school service as a classroom educator, administrator, and as a mentor for several Diocesan principals to her role at NEASC. She developed a depth of accreditation expertise as a Commission member for NEASC and has overseen the accreditation decisions for hundreds of independent schools across New England. She also supported our accreditation process, policies, and revisions for the five years prior to joining the staff in 2024.

Carrie is currently working towards a doctorate in education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Vermont. She earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Saint Michael's College
in Colchester, VT and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and English from Trinity College in Burlington, VT.

Through leading accreditation visits for NEASC, as well as guiding her own school’s accreditation, Carrie has seen firsthand the positive impact self-assessment and peer review can have in a learning community. Drawn to NEASC because of her passion for school improvement and alignment with her personal commitment to ensuring that all students thrive, Carrie looks forward to impacting this work on a larger scale as a part of the NEASC staff.
