This workshop, presented at NESA Leadership Conference, prepares participants to become NEASC approved accreditation visitors for international schools and includes a comprehensive overview of the NEASC protocols in action. Participants will develop an understanding of the philosophical foundations and logistical processes involved in all NEASC accreditation pathways.
This workshop, presented at AGIS Conference 2025, prepares participants to become NEASC approved accreditation visitors for international schools and includes a comprehensive overview of the NEASC protocols in action. Participants will develop an understanding of the philosophical foundations and logistical processes involved in all NEASC accreditation pathways.
This workshop is designed to provide insights into how implicit bias and racial microaggressions can interrupt and harm the learning process. Participants will gain a clear understanding of these phenomena and how they manifest themselves in schools, and will also learn practices to address these issues.
This workshop will focus on how to evaluate and increase the desired Impact of learning — an innovative element of NEASC Accreditation. A model of how to align school processes to better support effective learning and achievement of Impact will be explored. In addition, examples of how ACE Learning Principles are being used by schools to support increased learner engagement, autonomy, and achievement will be shared.
